Return and exchange policy?

 

There are no cancellations /returns /refunds accepted at this time 

 

Because everything is hand-crafted for your measurement, it makes it impossible to make a return and not have to dispose of the product.

 

Please be very careful with the measurements you send with each order as we cannot be responsible for pieces made with the wrong measurement. We only offer returns for an incorrectly made order and no other reason. 

 

In case of a defect with your order, please send an email within 48 hours of receiving the product along with pictures at info@budgahm.com with the subject matter “RETURN”. We will be accessing the request and if the problem is found valid, we will proceed accordingly.

 

Please do not send any items back without sending us an email first.

 

You will be responsible for shipping costs when shipping the item(s) back for return or exchange.

 

Please keep an eye out for your order with the tracking number sent to your email. Any packages marked delivered by the service will not be our responsibility to refund. We are a young small business and will not be refunding costs for destroyed/misplaced/stolen packages by the carrier.

Additionally, any packages with proof of delivery will not be refunded. Please contact the delivery company in your tracking link for that.

 

Processing and shipping

 Processing times are between 4- 8 weeks but can be longer if there are any delays in the supply chain. You will receive an email once your order is shipped.

 We are based out of Toronto and London but ship anywhere in the world, if your country does not accept shipping at the time of order placement, we will contact you via the email provided and will offer a refund if delivery is not possible at all. 

 

We will not ship your order if you do not provide the contact number.

 

Please send your full name, phone number, and the correct address to the order. If the order is sent back for any faulty information, please note you will be responsible for covering additional shipping charges. 

 

Once shipped, keep track of your order. We will not be responsible for any packages lost or destroyed due to no delivery.

 

How long will it take to receive my orde

We make everything by hand at our studio so while things can take some time to get out, we will try our best to send them out as soon as possible. 


A tracking number will be provided with every order and is included in the price. Please refer to the tracking sent to you to see the delivery times

 

Sizing

After your order is received we will send a measurement sheet to the email you provide, to get the piece made for you. Please check your spam and inbox regularly to make sure you receive the info on time. 

 

With anything that has screws in it, we have glued and tightened it. Please re-tighten them if you feel like they're becoming loose
